forms, labels, buttons, tooltips, hyperlinks, etc.
success messages, error messages, empty states, etc.
system emails
I localise products into multiple languages:
Localisation checks
Translation management
I improve documentation:
Proofreading + readability checks
Content and structural review
Liaise with support teams to address key issues
Career
I studied Linguistics at University College London where I learnt to analyse language from a scientific point of view.
Since then, I’ve had a few different jobs at a few different companies:
