I'm a data-driven Lead Content Designer with a background in linguistics.

Metric tracking tools - e.g. HotJar, Google Analytics
Google trends, reading patterns, best practices.
Whatever else I can get my hands on.
I break down silos and seek input from:
Senior stakeholders, SMEs, support staff, PMs, etc.
Product managers, product owners, and developers
Designers and other content designers.

Organising crits and retros get regular feedback

What have I done in the past?
I started my career of language-adjacent roles in SAAS platforms after studying linguistics at university and teaching English for a bit.
I’ve lead initiatives and driven impact at global companies across a few different industries:
Built and managed teams in content design and localisation.
Influenced heads of departments, directors, and CEOs.
Enhanced multiple onboarding flows, crafted new homepages and navigations, and even shaped a mental health app.

What do I do for fun?
I like to hike in the peak district and I play ultimate frisbee.
My wife and I recently got married. We love going to shows and doing cryptic crosswords together.
